The breakfast offered a variety of options that exceeded typical offerings, and the comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. However, the room had carpet that needed replacement and the separate check-in area was inconvenient. Additionally, the outdoor areas could benefit from a smoke-free environment, especially since it’s a non-smoking facility.

Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement
Stayed one night before an early flight. The shuttle service impressed us, and the check-in process was smooth. However, the room could use better maintenance. we faced issues with the phone and a clogged sink. Friendly staff made up for some inconveniences. Consider bringing snacks for breakfast!

missingWrote a review on Sept 26spacious roomcoffee makerconvenient diningdated décor
The King Room offered a decent amount of space, along with a well-placed bedside coffee maker that definitely came in handy. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a strip mall with various dining options, including a Burger King practically in the parking lot.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was uncomfortably frustrating. even though we arrived just before the official check-in time, we were denied access to our room and informed we needed to wait. The overall décor felt dated and low-cost, far from what the advertisements suggested. Additionally, there were no proper window coverings, just blinds that did little for privacy. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with tasteless options barely warm by 8 AM, making it hard to justify the $915 charged for five nights.

It was just an appropriate option for a getaway in San Jose with high value for money. The only good thing was it was near the airport, which was convenient. Just be ready for noise disturbances from other rooms.

This hotel made our stay enjoyable! We loved the convenient Media Phone that allowed us to connect our devices to the TV. We also took the kids to Great America, which was an absolute hit! Plus, the dog-friendly policy was a bonus for our two furry friends.
In my wife’s opinion, a bigger breakfast area would be great.
