The King Room offered a decent amount of space, along with a well-placed bedside coffee maker that definitely came in handy. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a strip mall with various dining options, including a Burger King practically in the parking lot.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was uncomfortably frustrating. even though we arrived just before the official check-in time, we were denied access to our room and informed we needed to wait. The overall décor felt dated and low-cost, far from what the advertisements suggested. Additionally, there were no proper window coverings, just blinds that did little for privacy. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with tasteless options barely warm by 8 AM, making it hard to justify the $915 charged for five nights.

It was just an appropriate option for a getaway in San Jose with high value for money. The only good thing was it was near the airport, which was convenient. Just be ready for noise disturbances from other rooms.
